Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders made before 2:00 PM EST are processed within 2-3 business days. Items ordered on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) start to process and ship as early as the following business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer standard free shipping via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and Freight for all orders in the United States. We do not currently ship to international locations.

Any items that are out of stock, or available for Pre-Order will be noted on the product page. You are welcome to place an order for Pre-Order items, backorder items, and for items that are out of stock, and will ship them the second they become available from the manufacturer, ensuring you get the item before anyone else. Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. A 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refundPlease allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Cancellations

All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 5% administration fee, If your order has not been shipped yet, this is the only fee you will incur. This is a fee that covers administrative and personnel fees.

If your order has been shipped, you will not be charged a 5% administration fee, the standard return procedures will apply and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee will be ducted from your refund. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you used when placing your order.

Exchanges

This is so COLD! We love it.

It took a month to install but we had to work around our electrician's schedule and the rain we finally got. My husband put it on 68 and it froze us out. The unit is outside but I can't hear it even when I go out the door 10' away from it. We live in an RV with an addition. We put it at the entrance and open the doors to the two other rooms and it works great. I do have a fan that pushes the air down the hall way. We oversized, we bought the 18,000 BTU for 648 sq. ft.

Great Unit

Im glad I ordered from here, shipping was very fast, I ordered it on Friday and it went out on Monday. I took my time reading all the installation material and started slowly performing the installation in my garage. Everything went great without any problems. I did need to shorten the copper lines. I used an eccentric flaring tool as it produces a very smooth flare with out smearing .I used Nylog on all the flares. The system vacuumed down as required and no leaks were detected. Released the refrigerant and started the unit with the remote. It worked perfectly in both the heat and cool modes. I also purchased the optional wi-fi module. It was a little troublesome to get operational. I tried connecting multiple times using the onscreen prompts without any luck (Smart Life app) I then downloaded the Pioneer Airlink app. It also proved troublesome, but after approx 5 attempts, the connection/communications finally happened using the Airlink app. It is great that I will be able to control the unit remotely so I can turn it on before I actually go out to the garage to do some work. Would buy another Pioneer unit if the need for another arises.

Easy install, had hvac guy come hook up the refrigerant lines and vacuum them out, took a couple hours for that. The unit is super quiet and efficient. It cools off our 600 square foot living area and kitchen no problem and the rest of the rooms and hallway are cooler too, requiring less energy to condition those spaces.

As ductless heat pump owners for 9 years ( another brand ) we knew the awesome advantage of going ductless. Therefore, when it was time to replace one ( of two ) we knew what to look for. With the dizzying amount of brands ( besides Mitsu & Daiken ) it took a bit of homework an reading reviews prior to selecting one. We chose Pioneer based on not only a great price, but the support ( parts, warranty, web info ) is outstanding. Buying direct is not for everyone as you still have to have it installed and most HVAC contractors will only install units that they sell. So it takes a bit of hunting to find a licensed contractor that will install third party units. That being said, they're out there. We probably saved $3000-5000 buying direct and paying $1200 to have it installed. And it is larger and more efficient than our previous unit. Cools quietly and we're expecting it to heat ( coming up ) just as good. Obvious question is " would I buy another Pioneer" ? ........absolutely

This is so COLD! We love it.

It took a month to install but we had to work around our electrician's schedule and the rain we finally got. My husband put it on 68 and it froze us out. The unit is outside but I can't hear it even when I go out the door 10' away from it. We live in an RV with an addition. We put it at the entrance and open the doors to the two other rooms and it works great. I do have a fan that pushes the air down the hall way. We oversized, we bought the 18,000 BTU for 648 sq. ft.

Great Unit

Im glad I ordered from here, shipping was very fast, I ordered it on Friday and it went out on Monday. I took my time reading all the installation material and started slowly performing the installation in my garage. Everything went great without any problems. I did need to shorten the copper lines. I used an eccentric flaring tool as it produces a very smooth flare with out smearing .I used Nylog on all the flares. The system vacuumed down as required and no leaks were detected. Released the refrigerant and started the unit with the remote. It worked perfectly in both the heat and cool modes. I also purchased the optional wi-fi module. It was a little troublesome to get operational. I tried connecting multiple times using the onscreen prompts without any luck (Smart Life app) I then downloaded the Pioneer Airlink app. It also proved troublesome, but after approx 5 attempts, the connection/communications finally happened using the Airlink app. It is great that I will be able to control the unit remotely so I can turn it on before I actually go out to the garage to do some work. Would buy another Pioneer unit if the need for another arises.
