ACiQ's Energy Star multi zone mini split systems are designed to give you maximum efficiency at a lower cost than the Max Heat models. The ES-18Z-M2/ACIQ-09CC-HH-M-2 Energy Star system provides heat down to -13 degrees and cooling as high as 122 degrees outside temperatures, all at a very competitive price.

Please Note: ACiQ multi-zone condensers are pre-charged with R410-A refrigerant for 25 feet per air handler connection. In many cases, no additional refrigerant is required. All ACiQ systems are run-tested at the ACiQ facility for years of trouble-free performance. Troubleshooting is easy thanks to the system's self-diagnosing control board with alerts that are sent to each connected air handler.

18,000 BTU ACiQ Energy Star Multi Zone Condenser​

The 18,000 BTU, ES-18Z-M2B is designed to easily support up to 2 air handlers at up to 1.25 times the condenser BTU rating, or 22,500 BTU across all air handlers. This adaptive, inverter condenser is constantly self-adjusting to provide the precise amount of heating or cooling needed to maintain your desired temperature in each room or zone. You can set different temperatures room by room, even turn off heating and cooling in unused areas. This, combined with a high efficiency rating of 22.9 SEER2, means you are buying a system designed to intelligently save you money both up front and over the lifetime of the unit.

ACiQ offers the ACIQ-09CC-HH-MB ceiling cassette air handler for customers who want a more hidden appearance and more centralized air distribution. Ceiling Cassette air handlers provide the same high-efficiency heating and cooling of a regular wall-mounted unit, and come with an included hand-held remote control. Once the ceiling cassette is mounted in the ceiling, only the grille is visible for the most understated appearance.

    Shipment processing time

    All orders made before 2:00 PM EST are processed within 2-3 business days. Items ordered on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) start to process and ship as early as the following business day.

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

    Shipping rates & delivery estimates

    We offer standard free shipping via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and Freight for all orders in the United States. We do not currently ship to international locations.

    Pre-Orders, Backorders, and Out-of-Stock Items:

Any items that are out of stock, or available for Pre-Order will be noted on the product page.     Returns

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

    All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    Cancellations

    All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 5% administration fee, If your order has not been shipped yet, this is the only fee you will incur. This is a fee that covers administrative and personnel fees.

    If your order has been shipped, you will not be charged a 5% administration fee, the standard return procedures will apply and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee will be ducted from your refund. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you used when placing your order.
