    Shipment processing time

    All orders made before 2:00 PM EST are processed within 2-3 business days. Items ordered on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) start to process and ship as early as the following business day.

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

    Shipping rates & delivery estimates

    We offer standard free shipping via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and Freight for all orders in the United States. We do not currently ship to international locations.

    Damages & Missing Items

    Only refuse the items that are damaged, keep and sign for the items that are in good condition and be sure to notate the items that are being refused for damages clearly on the delivery receipt. You must contact our Customer Service Department at info@minisplitsystemsdirect.com to report which product(s) were missing and/or refused for damages and which product(s) were accepted at the time of delivery. After our Shipping Department receives confirmation from the Freight LTL Company we will promptly ship out the replacement product(s) to you.

    Pre-Orders, Backorders, and Out-of-Stock Items:

    Mini Split Systems Direct is dedicated to sourcing any item you may need and getting it to you as quickly as possible. Any items that are out of stock, or available for Pre-Order will be noted on the product page. You are welcome to place an order for Pre-Order items, backorder items, and for items that are out of stock, and will ship them the second they become available from the manufacturer, ensuring you get the item before anyone else.     Returns

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

    All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.     Cancellations

    All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 5% administration fee, If your order has not been shipped yet, this is the only fee you will incur. This is a fee that covers administrative and personnel fees.

    If your order has been shipped, you will not be charged a 5% administration fee, the standard return procedures will apply and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee will be ducted from your refund. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you used when placing your order.

      Awesome! Cold and quite.

      Works great! Easy enough to install, but you’ll need to get a vacuum pump to make sure it is sealed and recommend doing your own connection flares to make sure you have a great seal.

      Followed the directions step by step and used Nylog sealant.
      No issues during install and everything came out perfect. Both units are functioning awesome. QUIET AND COLD or QUIET AND HOT.
      Left this photo as an idea for anyone not wanting a metal stand or pad. I just got the "L" brackets and mounted them to some 4x4 posts. Make sure you dig down at least 2ft and backfill with some rock on bottom and concrete. Then make a support joist between the two posts for extra measure. This way you can build a nice dog house around it for winter months and run it in even colder temps.

      UPDATE: The temperature outside is 4F or 28 below freezing! It is still pumping out heat strong. This performs awesome and is well worth the money spent. My electric bill hasn't increased enough for me to even notice. Super Efficient!

      Unit arrived in great condition. Delivery was on time. And everything was included to get the job done. My retired HVAC brother and his housing inspector friend completed the installation in a day. No hick ups. I have recommended this product to two individuals and sent pictures. I highly recommend this unit but installation may be twice as expensive.

      Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this again when the need arises or hesitate to recommend this to someone else. The quality and performance has exceeded my expectations. Installation was very simple. It is whisper quiet and will freeze you out! I have not yet been able to test the heating performance as it is summer in Texas but I can't imagine that they dropped the ball there. 6 stars all the way around!
