The 27,000 BTU, ACiQ-27z-HH-M4C is designed to easily support up to 4 air handlers at up to 1.25 times the condenser BTU rating, or 33,750 BTU across all air handlers. This adaptive, inverter condenser is constantly self-adjusting to provide the precise amount of heating or cooling needed to maintain your desired temperature in each room or zone. You can set different temperatures room by room, even turn off heating and cooling in unused areas. This, combined with a high efficiency rating of 23 SEER, means you are buying a system designed to intelligently save you money both up front and over the lifetime of the unit.
Although the condenser is pre-charged, please note that this model of equipment does not have quick connect line set connectors and is not a self-install unit. You will need a professional to add more refrigerant and vacuum the lines as needed. Installation materials such as line sets, control wire, drain hose, whip and disconnect are not included, but are available at additional cost in the Accessories section to the right of this text. For all multi zone ACiQ condensers, a minimum of two air handlers is needed for the unit to function.

Extended heat pump performance (HyperHeat) harnesses the power of inverter condenser with outdoor temp sensing, variable refrigerant flow and variable condenser fan speed to maximize heat extraction all the way down to -22°F. Installation Considerations
Slim Ceiling Cassettes are flush-mounted, which requires removal of enough ceiling material to create a cavity for the unit. The Slim Ceiling Cassette is designed to fit between 16” on-center joists, and the narrow profile means no changes to your framing will be required in most cases. Additionally, Ceiling Cassettes have factory-installed, onboard condensate pumps to lift the condensation up to 14 inches. From there, it will be necessary to construct a PVC drain system to route the condensation to a safe wastewater location. Refrigerant and wiring connections are the same as the wall-mounted units.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (see return process above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Our goal is to consistently provide the best pricing in the marketplace online and we work very diligently to do so. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (see return process above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Price Match Policy
Our goal is to consistently provide the best pricing in the marketplace online and we work very diligently to do so. If you happen to see another online shop that offers a lower price than us within six months of your date please let us know and we’ll be happy to refund the difference on your original payment method. This is a good air conditioner for the price. Our apartment living room and kitchen have been kept nice and cool. The complex we moved into actually already had these installed but I have been so happy with the performance I purchased one for my mom who lives in a tiny home, I'm an HVAC tech and it was about time to replace her HVAC. Hotel cold at home 🤭
We have zero regrets! No wait, one. That we didn’t get them sooner! We (my husband, self and 19yr old son) work outside noon-8am several days a week in Texas. It doesn’t matter how low you set your AC unit it’s just never enough and it just runs it into the ground. We finally decided to pull the plug. In my 40 years I’ve never slept so good. It’s like hotel good but in your own bed!!! Install was super easy because I watched him do it, LOL. I kid. I’ll ask for his install input and update but seriously he installed all 4 (3 bedrooms and 1 living room) in 2 days. Probably wouldn’t have taken so long if he didn’t have to pour a pad for them but it was well worth it! Last pic is from the Nest. They were installed Friday. Compare usage from Sat & Sun to before we got them! Insane!!!

This was best investment I've ever made. I put this on the wall on my porch that I've converted to a sun room. This extra space that I enclosed with plexiglass and wood and sealed with insulation stayed about 20 degrees different from out side. With a window unit and heaters. Now with the split unit it stays what ever temp I want it to be. The della split unit is so quite I have to put my ear on it to hear it run sometimes the out side unit is even quite. If you mount on outside wall that is a little thin and only a few inches thick it might give a little bit of a hum but so slight you have to want to hear it. Turbo cool or heat will cool or heat super fast. The system is perfect 👌 👍 🥰. I love it.

WORKS GREAT IN THE FLORIDA HEAT!!
I live in Florida and our summers are brutal. I installed this in my garage.
It wasn’t a hard install but it took my dad and I about 8 hours. He ran the electrical.
Around this time of the year, my garage is around 82 degrees and +70% humidity, the air is very wet.
This morning it was 74” and 52% humidity.
The indoor and outdoor units are remarkably quieter compared to our house’s HVAC system.

I bought and installed 2 of the della mini splits in the last 8 months, one for my double wide 1800 sqf that I am remodeling little by little, and another for my daughters craftsman home. What an improvement! So silent! So efficient! So easy of operating. For the last 10+ years, we have been using windows AC units and radiant heaters after our central heat and air system broke. The suffering is over. We are saving $100 a month on the power bill and enjoying ourselves inside now. Our Great Pyrenees friends are enjoying the AC's too during the scorching hot summer days. They are pretty easy to install. Follow the instructions on the book and watch some videos on YouTube. On the second install, I made an electrical mistake and purchased the wrong breaker. I am only a landscaper by the way. No problem! I called the technical support number and a very nice tech called me back after just a few hours and figured it out by phone within 5 minutes. It is all great! We just keep it simple by using the remotes. I love the delay timer option. Now that the weather is cooling down (80's max), I set the timer so it doesn't come ON automatically before 12 pm. By the time the girls come from school, 75°f is back as set. Good quality, so it is a little heavy for me
Got these panels for my backyard as the wall for the Composting area. Black is good for absorbing the heat of the sun and is easy to hide the ugly things. It is a good quality product. The foot support is stainless steel and long enough to bind the ground and the panels. As it is with a good quality, it is just a little heavy, which may require two people to move around or install it.

May personal experience, used this product on 2 installations of Pioneer Mini Splits on my home. Following the directions I prepared both units, one can each unit, and also checked for leaks afterwards. No leaks detected and both systems have been operating properly. Follow-up check several weeks later to re inspect for leaks showed no leaks and pressure readings were excellent. In my case, the product worked as advertised and I am satisfied.
