The ACIQ-09ZPL-HP230C Condenser, when matched with the ACIQ-09W-HP230B wall mounted air handler, has enough capacity for small to medium rooms. The dual rotary compressor and variable inverter technology give this system exceptionally high efficiency ratings.
Please note that this model of equipment does not have quick connect line set connectors and is not a DIY unit. Installation materials such as line sets, control wire, drain hose, whip and disconnect are not included, but are available at additional cost in the Accessories section on this page. You will need a professional to add more refrigerant and vacuum the lines as needed. The automated cleaning function will clean your system, but it is recommended to periodically clean the unit's filters manually.
Extreme Heat Base Pan Heater Technology

Each ACiQ condenser has integrated Extreme Heat technology to maximize heat performance in extreme cold weather. Extended heat pump performance (HyperHeat) harnesses the power of inverter condenser with outdoor temp sensing, variable refrigerant flow and variable condenser fan speed to maximize heat extraction all the way down to -22°F. Plus, every Extreme Heat ACiQ condenser includes a base pan heater to keep ice from collecting on the condenser coil during heat pump operation.

Platinum Performance

Intelligent Heating and Cooling
The ACiQ-09W-HH-MD air handler includes a soft LED display on the front of the unit, giving you information at a glance. The display shows the room's temperature by default, but it can also show temperature setpoint changes and mode changes. To ensure your unit runs properly throughout its lifetime, the display will also show any error codes from its self-diagnosing control board, which can be switched off if desired. The included smart remote can show these notifications on its built-in LCD display as well.
WiFi Options
ACiQ is WiFi ready! The wall mounted air handlers come with everything you need to control your home's heating and cooling via smart device (iOS or Android) from anywhere in the world. ACiQ is also compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
Please note that in order to function, this air handler must be installed with a condenser and other installation equipment, available at an additional cost if not already included in this product bundle.
Wall Mounted

Traditional wall-mounted air handlers are the most popular ductless choice due to low cost and ease of installation. Wall mounted units are located high on an outside wall, with refrigerant lines and condensation drain hose exiting the back through a 3" wall penetration. Return air is brought in through vents in the top of the unit, and cooled or heated air exits the lower front through a sweepable louver. Wall mounted air handlers are WiFi compatible and can be controlled by the free NetHome Plus app or by voice assistants such as Alexa or Google Home.
Smartphone App

In addition to the handheld or wired remote that is already included, wall mounted units are WiFi ready, and can be controlled from anywhere with a free app on your tablet or smartphone.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders made before 2:00 PM EST are processed within 2-3 business days. Items ordered on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) start to process and ship as early as the following business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We offer standard free shipping via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and Freight for all orders in the United States. We do not currently ship to international locations.

Damages & Missing Items

Only refuse the items that are damaged, keep and sign for the items that are in good condition and be sure to notate the items that are being refused for damages clearly on the delivery receipt. Pre-Orders, Backorders, and Out-of-Stock Items:

Any items that are out of stock, or available for Pre-Order will be noted on the product page. Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Cancellations
All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 5% administration fee, If your order has not been shipped yet, this is the only fee you will incur. This is a fee that covers administrative and personnel fees.
If your order has been shipped, you will not be charged a 5% administration fee, the standard return procedures will apply and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee will be ducted from your refund. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you used when placing your order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (see return process above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Our goal is to consistently provide the best pricing in the marketplace online and we work very diligently to do so. If you happen to see another online shop that offers a lower price than us within six months of your date please let us know and we’ll be happy to refund the difference on your original payment method. Moreover, because we are consistently working with our suppliers to get better rates we know that you can feel very comfortable and confident that you are seeing the best prices that can be provided for the products listed on our site.
Moving forward if you find the same item that we carry on another website that has a lower price please submit that to us within six months of your purchase date and we will refund you the difference.
If it is a case of seeing a lower price on another website and we need to send a partial refund simply email us the link to the exact product and brand from our site and also the link from our competitors site so we can inspect the pricing. Again this needs to be within six months from the date of your order and we will review your submission and apply a credit if necessary.
Our Price Match Policy has some limitations:
- The item must have already been purchased from our site prior to asking for this to be reviewed and submitted.
