5 Tons
The ACiQ H4H7T60AKAAA heat pump condenser has an output of 5 tons, generally enough to heat and cool up to a large house in ideal climates. In many system configurations, the tonnage of the uni°s paired coil or air handler will be larger in tonnage than this condenser, which maintains the efficiency of the unit. Please note that this condenser cannot function on its own, and it needs an indoor coil or air handler to work. This unit will also only heat down to around 35°F, and if you need heat any lower than this, a backup heat strip will be needed to act as straight electric heating in a compatible air handler.
17.0 SEER2
The ACiQ H4H7T60AKAAA air conditioner condenser is rated at 17.0 SEER2, making it approximately 12% more efficient than the minimum efficiency 14 SEER units, saving you money in electric bills over the entire lifetime of your unit. In general, heat pumps will heat more efficiently than straight electric furnaces, making them an excellent and money-saving solution for almost any all-electric solution, especially when you have a lot of heating during outdoor temperatures ranging from when you start using your heating system all the way down to 35°F.
Warranty
ACiQ offers a 10 year parts warranty on its condensers, and on this unit there is also a 10 year no hassle replacement limited warranty. For these warranties to be upheld, the unit must be installed following your state and local codes, a new and certified coil must be installed at the same time, and the entire system must be registered online through the manufacturer.

5 Tons
The ACiQ FCM4X6000AL air handler is rated for an output of 5 tons. In many cases, this air handler will be larger in tonnage than the condenser it is paired with to maintain the unit's overall efficiency. Please note that for this unit to provide cooling, an outdoor condenser is required for it to function. The unit can support electric heating as a straight electric furnace or as a backup for a heat pump, offered at an additional cost to be field installed.
Warranty
ACiQ offers a 10 year no hassle replacement warranty, as well as a 10 year parts warranty on this unit. For these warranties to be upheld, the unit must be installed following your state and local codes, a new and certified coil must be installed at the same time, and the entire system must be registered online through the manufacturer. After your purchase, a representative will reach out to you to retrieve installation information so we can register the product for you.
Installation and Durability
To make a more versatile unit, ACiQ designed the FCM4X6000AL to easily be installed in an upflow, downflow, or horizontal position. A TXV kit is already installed on the unit so your installer does not have to install one, decreasing installation costs. For durability, the FCM4X6000AL air handler is designed with an extremely strong, one-piece outer casing to protect the unit, and the coil is designed with corrosion-resistant aluminum. To reduce mold and bacteria buildup, the drain pan is treated and is sloped.

The FCM4X6000AL air handler has an ECM variable speed blower motor, not only increasing its efficiency but also providing a more stable temperature in your home, making you more comfortable. If you’re new to HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, selecting the right size BTU (British Thermal Unit) system can seem daunting. This guide will break down the process into simple steps.
1. What is BTU?

Damages & Missing Items

Pre-Orders, Backorders, and Out-of-Stock Items:

You are welcome to place an order for Pre-Order items, backorder items, and for items that are out of stock, and will ship them the second they become available from the manufacturer, ensuring you get the item before anyone else. Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. A 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Cancellations
All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 5% administration fee, If your order has not been shipped yet, this is the only fee you will incur. This is a fee that covers administrative and personnel fees.
If your order has been shipped, you will not be charged a 5% administration fee, the standard return procedures will apply and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee will be ducted from your refund. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you used when placing your order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (see return process above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Our goal is to consistently provide the best pricing in the marketplace online and we work very diligently to do so. If you happen to see another online shop that offers a lower price than us within six months of your date please let us know and we’ll be happy to refund the difference on your original payment method. Moreover, because we are consistently working with our suppliers to get better rates we know that you can feel very comfortable and confident that you are seeing the best prices that can be provided for the products listed on our site.
Moving forward if you find the same item that we carry on another website that has a lower price please submit that to us within six months of your purchase date and we will refund you the difference.
If it is a case of seeing a lower price on another website and we need to send a partial refund simply email us the link to the exact product and brand from our site and also the link from our competitors site so we can inspect the pricing. Again this needs to be within six months from the date of your order and we will review your submission and apply a credit if necessary.
Our Price Match Policy has some limitations:
- The item must have already been purchased from our site prior to asking for this to be reviewed and submitted.
- This does not include rebate programs or specific retailer programs such as buy three get one free type offers or any combination such as that are not eligible.
- The item will need to be in stock from the competitors site that you’re submitting the information from.
- The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location, warehouse, showroom, or physical location.

What should I do if my order was marked as delivered but I haven't received it?
Although we cannot control what happens once your order leaves the warehouse and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we will do everything we can to make sure you receive your order. If you have not received your order, please contact us at info@minisplitsystemsdirect.com with your order number, and provide us with any details that may help and rest assured, we will resolve the issue.
I’m having trouble tracking my order. What should I do?
If your order has just been shipped, please wait 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated properly with your latest tracking information.
