We offer standard free shipping via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and Freight for all orders in the United States. We do not currently ship to international locations.

Do you have a storefront?

At this time we do not have a storefront, we're an online only Authorized Dealer for all the brand we carry. We do have plans to open a storefront in the future.

How do I check the status of my order?

After placing your order you'll receive a confirmation email, and after a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you have any other questions regarding the status of your order please contact us at  info@minisplitsystemsdirect.com or message us by live chat.

How long is shipping and delivery?

All orders made before 2:00 PM EST are processed within 2 - 3 business days. Items ordered on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) start to process and ship as early as the following business day. Estimated delivery time is 3 - 7 days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Who do you ship with?

We offer standard free shipping via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and Freight for all orders in the United States.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If you have any questions regarding your refund, please contact us at info@minisplitsystemsdirect.com or call us at 1-800-315-4345.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We accept all credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and you can pay in installments with Sezzle at checkout.

What should I do if my order is damaged or I'm missing items?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@minisplitsystemsdirect.com and we'll resolve the issue ASAP.

What should I do if my order was marked as delivered but I haven't received it?

Although we cannot control what happens once your order leaves the warehouse and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we will do everything we can to make sure you receive your order. If you have not received your order, please contact us at info@minisplitsystemsdirect.com with your order number, and provide us with any details that may help and rest assured, we will resolve the issue.

I’m having trouble tracking my order. What should I do?

If your order has just been shipped, please wait 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated properly with your latest tracking information. If after 24 hours your tracking information is not populating, please contact us at info@minisplitsystemsdirect.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Great Unit

Easy to install ,quality product. I live in a 2100 sq. ft, manufactured home in a coastal community in nc. and discovered dampness in my crawl space due to the heat and humidity this year, In three days time my crawl space was dry. I highly recommend this unit.

Works great and is built like a tank.

The dehumidifier is very well built and is user serviceable for routine cleaning.

This dehumidifier is way better than the ones you purchase at Home Depot or Lowes. I have purchased three different brands from those stores and NONE lasted over 2 years, they are literally junk!

This unit is significantly more expensive but you won't be replacing it every 2 years and it comes with a five year warranty.

High Quality Dehumidifier

Bought this dehumidifier about four years ago to use in a crawl space that was freshly sealed. This is a commercial unit, really top quality. Hung the unit from the floor joists a few inches off the ground by using isolation straps to minimize noise and vibration. The unit has worked flawlessly until about two weeks ago. I notice that the crawl humidity began to climb above the set threshold. I have a lacrosse weathers station with a sensor in the crawl and the attic as I like to monitor things. So I went under the house to find that the dehumidifier had an "E5" error on the console. This error indicates a refrigerant leak. I pulled the unit, put it in the garage and I ran a few tests and determined that it had to be something else as it would run for a while then stop with the error. Very cyclic behavior. It would pull an enormous amount of water when running and the coils seem to be as they should. Contacted Mini Split Systems Direct, and they were quick to get back to me. Devon, from Mini Split Systems Direct, assisted me in troubleshooting the unit, and after I sent them the requested information, determined that a coil sensor was bad. They sent me the sensor, I spent 15 minutes replacing it and the unit is back under the crawl doing what it was designed to do. Mini Split Systems Direct was in communication with me throughout the process and they even followed up with me after I replaced the sensor. Fantastic company to deal with. Thanks Devon!

So far so good

I'm impressed with this unit. Fairly quiet. I placed it in a 2000 sq ft finished basement (North Carolina Humidity) its able to reduce the humidity from 65% to 40%. I've been using for about 60 days and it works flawlessly. It has the auto pump and is fairly easy to pump it into an existing drain etc. I would recommend this product

Great quality and value

These units are very cost effective and efficient. They have no issues with any job I had them on and run flawlessly. I own 3 and plan to buy more. One of my machines had a small issue. I called the company and explained what the issue was. Within a few days I had the part delivered to my door at no cost to me and the part was installed quickly. I will definitely use these products again for my restoration company.
