If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer standard free shipping via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and Freight for all orders in the United States. We do not currently ship to international locations.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Cancellations

Works great for allergens and pet dander

We have two German shepherds and run a daycare. We all were starting to develop allergy issues from our pet's dander. Within 24 hours we noticed a huge difference in the air quality. Eyes quit watering and chest quit hurting. We have a few students who have bad asthma and they are not asking for their inhalers as much anymore while they're here. I know the cost makes you not want it, but it is worth it. A few of the parents asked about the system and are now purchasing one for themselves after hearing how its benefited our health and their children's health. No more Benadryl!

First, it came early so yay! Second, this machine is incredible. I’ve seen it in hospitals, dentists and other medical places. It’s so nice to know the wildfire smoke is not in my home thanks to this baby! Your house smells CLEAN!!!! Sure it’s expensive, but can you put a price on your lungs? Absolutely not.

If I want my house to smell like a clean hospital room, I’ll leave it on auto mode and it turns on with a red color led when it senses the air quality is bad, after it's done cleaning the air the LED will turn green indicating that the air quality is good and it will shut off. Boom incredibly clean! So so so pleased! Thank you Mini Split Systems Direct, and Aurabeat, for making top-notch quality products! You have my business for life xo
