Connect the fuse cable to the input cable on one end.

Will this product damage the alternator, starter battery, or affect the overall lifespan of the vehicle?

No, the 800W alternator charger's charging logic does not rigidly apply 800 watts. Instead, it depends on the power surplus of the car's alternator. It ensures the alternator is not overloaded, allowing up to a maximum of 800 watts without harming the car's battery.

Will this product consume more fuel (i.e. affect gas mileage) when used?

The product uses the electricity generated by the car's alternator. Even if all the electrical devices inside the car are turned off, the alternator still generates electricity while the car is running. The alternator charger utilizes the surplus electricity generated by the car's alternator and stores it in a portable power station through the charger. The impact on fuel consumption is very minimal.

Do I need to drill holes to install this product? Will it cause any damage to the vehicle?

Drilling is not required for installation. The wiring connection to the alternator at the front of the car does not need drilling and will not damage the vehicle. It can simply be wired through the firewall near the driver's seat. The alternator charger can also be installed using methods that do not require drilling.

Is this product suitable for DIY installation?

The installation of the alternator charger is not very complicated, and it is feasible for professional users with some hands-on ability to install it themselves. However, it is still recommended to contact professional personnel from related workshops for installation. Installation advice: When wiring, avoid high temperature, sharp, and friction-prone areas, and securely fasten the cables to avoid cable wear or loose connections caused by cable movement. The alternator charger may generate high temperatures, so avoid covering the product. After use, avoid immediate direct contact to prevent the risk of burns.

Compared to charging via the cigarette lighter, what advantages does the alternator charger offer when used in a vehicle?

The charging power is significantly increased. The charging power of a cigarette lighter is about 100W, whereas the alternator charger can support charging continuously at a high power of 800W during driving for portable power stations, which is 8 times the power of a cigarette lighter.

Solution to the problem that the EcoFlow WAVE 2 add-on battery does not work with the alternator charger.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (see return process above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Our goal is to consistently provide the best pricing in the marketplace online and we work very diligently to do so. If you happen to see another online shop that offers a lower price than us within six months of your date please let us know and we’ll be happy to refund the difference on your original payment method. Will this product damage the alternator, starter battery, or affect the overall lifespan of the vehicle?

No, the 800W alternator charger's charging logic does not rigidly apply 800 watts. Instead, it depends on the power surplus of the car's alternator. It ensures the alternator is not overloaded, allowing up to a maximum of 800 watts without harming the car's battery.

Will this product consume more fuel (i.e. affect gas mileage) when used?

The product uses the electricity generated by the car's alternator. Even if all the electrical devices inside the car are turned off, the alternator still generates electricity while the car is running. The alternator charger utilizes the surplus electricity generated by the car's alternator and stores it in a portable power station through the charger. The impact on fuel consumption is very minimal.

Do I need to drill holes to install this product? Will it cause any damage to the vehicle?

Drilling is not required for installation. The wiring connection to the alternator at the front of the car does not need drilling and will not damage the vehicle. It can simply be wired through the firewall near the driver's seat. The alternator charger can also be installed using methods that do not require drilling.

Is this product suitable for DIY installation?

The installation of the alternator charger is not very complicated, and it is feasible for professional users with some hands-on ability to install it themselves. However, it is still recommended to contact professional personnel from related workshops for installation. Installation advice: When wiring, avoid high temperature, sharp, and friction-prone areas, and securely fasten the cables to avoid cable wear or loose connections caused by cable movement. The alternator charger may generate high temperatures, so avoid covering the product. After use, avoid immediate direct contact to prevent the risk of burns.

Compared to charging via the cigarette lighter, what advantages does the alternator charger offer when used in a vehicle?

The charging power is significantly increased. The charging power of a cigarette lighter is about 100W, whereas the alternator charger can support charging continuously at a high power of 800W during driving for portable power stations, which is 8 times the power of a cigarette lighter.

Solution to the problem that the EcoFlow WAVE 2 add-on battery does not work with the alternator charger.

Please first connect the EcoFlow WAVE 2 add-on battery to EcoFlow WAVE 2, and then upgrade the firmware to the latest version through the app.

How can I tell if the alternator charger is applicable to my car?

The alternator charger operates with an input voltage of 11V-35V, so in theory, any vehicle with a starter battery operating on a 12V or 24V voltage can use this product.

How many operation modes are there for the alternator charger?

1. Charging mode: Strictly speaking, it is the car's alternator charging the battery of the portable power station, with the car's battery acting as a load to conduct the current. 2. Reverse charging mode: The portable power station charges the vehicle starter battery or the RV house battery reversely at a rapid rate, with a relatively high current. 3. Battery maintenance mode: Similarly, the portable power station charges the battery, but with a smaller current.

All orders made before 2:00 PM EST are processed within 2-3 business days. Items ordered on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) start to process and ship as early as the following business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Cancellations

All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 5% administration fee, If your order has not been shipped yet, this is the only fee you will incur. This is a fee that covers administrative and personnel fees.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (see return process above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Price Match Policy

Our goal is to consistently provide the best pricing in the marketplace online and we work very diligently to do so. If you happen to see another online shop that offers a lower price than us within six months of your date please let us know and we’ll be happy to refund the difference on your original payment method. Moreover, because we are consistently working with our suppliers to get better rates we know that you can feel very comfortable and confident that you are seeing the best prices that can be provided for the products listed on our site.

Moving forward if you find the same item that we carry on another website that has a lower price please submit that to us within six months of your purchase date and we will refund you the difference.

If it is a case of seeing a lower price on another website and we need to send a partial refund simply email us the link to the exact product and brand from our site and also the link from our competitors site so we can inspect the pricing. Again this needs to be within six months from the date of your order and we will review your submission and apply a credit if necessary.

Our Price Match Policy has some limitations:

  • The item must have already been purchased from our site prior to asking for this to be reviewed and submitted.
  • This does not include rebate programs or specific retailer programs such as buy three get one free type offers or any combination such as that are not eligible.

Can I add items to my order?

Yes, please contact us a soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order and will send an invoice for the remaining amount due. Please note this may result in you receiving your order in multiple packages, and yes, you will receive a tracking number for each package.

Can I change or modify my order?

Yes, you can change or modify your order within the first 24 hours after placing your order, after that, it will depend on the status of your order. Can I place my order to be delivered outside the United States?
