This EG4 LifePower4 module uses 16 UL-recognized prismatic 3.2V LiFePO4 cells wired in series to deliver a 51.2V nominal, 100Ah pack with an internal 100A BMS. EG4 rates the cells to more than 6,000 deep discharge cycles at 80% Depth of Discharge, which is the relevant durability metric for daily cycling ESS applications rather than a generic "long life" claim. The internal BMS handles cell balancing, over-current, over-voltage, and temperature protection without relying on an external controller for basic safety functions.
